Just over a year ago I shared THIS POST & RECIPE for Quaker Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Now that I have the equipment and knowledge to film and edit videos once again, I knew this was the first recipe I wanted to do for you! I love being able to do these tutorials and it was so frustrating having those couple years where I couldn't. Life got in the way, with moving and losing my mum, and I just didn't have time to figure it all out with my switch to, and upgraded, Apple products.
I hope you enjoy this new 'release' and these cookies are pretty much our family's favourites now. They are so great as a tea time treat or lunch bag dessert, but I love how easy they are to pack in my bike pouch for a quick burst of energy on a long ride. They are simple to make and freeze perfectly. I wrap them in twos in wax paper so I can grab and go when I know I'll need a snack. Have a great day!
Hi Angie. So happy to see you again! Will certainly be trying this recipe and will be looking for more to follow.
Have a blessed day!
