My Sheppherd's Pie

One of the earliest posts I wrote for my blog, way back in 2009, was about my sheppherd's pie.  I finally decided to do a quick video demonstration for this dish (it's not really a 'recipe'), - for my YouTube subscribers, my new readers, and for my kids!  My daughter has been away at school for several years and has used my videos and blog posts to make some of her favourite recipes from home.  Now that my other two are emptying my nest all at once, I want to make sure they have access to mom's kitchen, albeit virtually, 24/7!
