I've shared several biscuit recipes and a few scone recipes, including my English Cream Scones...but today's recipe combines both in a Jam Biscuit Bake!
These biscuit/scones are so simple to make and have the strawberry jam baked right in. You can make them with raisins (or currants, like I did) and swap out the strawberry jam for apricot, blueberry, or any other thick jam you like. Soooo amazing with a cup of tea!
