Here are my new So Fine & Bottom Line thread sets. Since I had such success pairing these two kinds of threads on top and in the bobbin of my sewing machine, I ended up ordering co-ordinating pairs of several colours. I started by referencing this list, which lists the color compatibility for So Fine & Bottom Line (there are other lists as well, eg. for King Tut). I found the colours of So Fine and Bottom Line that I already had, from my sampler Try Me special, and then ordered the co-ordinating spool.
As you can see, some colours are almost identical, and some are a shade or so off. I also ordered the matching sets using my favourite colours from the Angela Walter's collection. (I didn't order the 6 shades in the set because I
didn't really want the pink. I love the grey, greens & putty though!) I have the spools organized in my plastic container using the narrow boxes that they arrived in and I printed off the reference guide for future purchases. I have some good, all-purpose colours now which should work with many different fabric colours. I'll add to the collection as I need to.
