I've been wanting to make Rocky Road Bars for a while now but I never seem to have miniature marshmallows in the house. This time, I hid the bag of mini-mallows in a different cupboard and today's video shows you the bumpy brownies I baked up. Basically, this is a brownie recipe with chocolate, mallows, and nuts on top. While the results were delicious, I will warn you that I found them impossible to cut neatly! The marshmallows are gooey and pull off the top of the brownies in a clump (even though I used a wet knife as indicated in the recipe) and the melty chocolate chips smear all over the place. While there were definitely no complaints from my taste-testers, these were not the pretties squares to showcase on a dessert plate.
