Remember how I've been searching for 'the best brownie'? Well, I think I can quit looking. I was leafing through my recipe box after a craving for dessert, thinking brownies and ice cream would be nice. I've had this recipe in there for years (since 2007) and am not sure why I didn't laminate and 'star' it right away!
The Deep Dark Brownies shared on the Martha Stewart show are so rich, dense, chocolaty, and everything you could want a brownie to be. Even the next day, they had not dried out at all and were as amazing as they were fresh from the oven. The only unfortunate part is the recipe only yields an 8" pan of 9 brownies. That is just not enough when you've found the world's best brownie!
You can find the recipe, and accompanying video, HERE.
Another recipe that I'll have to try, Angie. What do you do with all the baking you make? I would be gaining lots of weight :)
