I couldn't resist one more snapware container to aid in my efforts to organize my sewing supplies. This bad boy is one of the largest portable organizers with 2 stackable trays. Each tray measures approximately 14" x 10-
1/2" - much larger than the ones I already had!
Once I got home with it, I knew it would be perfect for my large spools of thread. I had them in the containers already but couldn't snap the lid down because the spools were too tall and I have too many of them.
With a bit of re-organizing I was able to empty the smaller containers, fill the new one with thread, and then categorize all the other supplies into the smaller bins according to use: machine attachments, marking, cutting, measuring, joining, etc. and I labelled the leading edge of each tray accordingly with the p-touch.
I'm finally getting my sewing kits the way I want them, sorted in a way that is tidy and makes sense to me. I love these snapware products and don't doubt I will end up buying a few more! I used a 50% off coupon and got the large case for around $10.
Hello Angie,
Had a good smile at this container...I have one for deviled eggs that is just like this. 2 sections w/removable egg trays.
Love your site and visit often.
