Nothing motivates me to scrapbook more than some new product to play with. I picked new papers and a new Border Maker cartridge for some summer inspiration!
The first paper collection is the Be Young Boy Addition. I really like the colours in it and also grabbed the 6x6 Stack Pack to go along with it. (My only complaint about the Additions packages if they don't have a companion Power Palette is there are not enough sheets of paper and mats! Purchasing the stack gives me a little bit more paper - and more flexibility - to create my pages).
I also ordered the Summer Additions pack with its really cool designs and colours. I was immediately drawn to the zig-zag patterns because they are exactly like the fabric I'm using in my Craftsy Block-of-the-month quilt blocks. I am going to save the paper for a layout with photos of the fabric blocks.
I already own the fabulous Border Maker but I haven't bought a new cartridge for it since the initial bundle came out. I couldn't resist the wave maker - the perfect companion to my summer pages!
It makes a beautiful cut and I am sure I can use this border in lots of different ways. Definitely fun Creative Memories products to get me in the mood for summer cropping.
