That looks good (like all your recipes). I really appreciate how you use seasonal produce in your blog. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge of cooking and baking.

You should check out the spices they have at www.penzeys.com. We have a retail store in our city, but they also have an awesome catalog. What makes it special is they tell the history of spices, have recipes, and feature stories of their readers. I especially like their ground chipotle spice. You can use it in chili, scrambled eggs, and just sprinkle it on corn on the cob (really yummy). They also have good currys and vanilla (Madagascar and Mexican, along with the vanilla beans). It's one of my favorite stores.

Hi Angie.. ok this was one of my favorite videos you made:) thank you YouTube ! Your video was super easy for me to follow, and makes me want to try the recipe TONITE..but I will wait til this weekend! :) I will post a pict on my blog of my peach cobbler.. IF it turns out half as good as yours! THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR DOING THESE.. My husband thanks you too!
