We love my quick chicken curry (sorry, there's no video any more), but I picked up this Indian meal kit, Channa Masala, for a vegetarian change of pace.
The kit includes the rice and spices for the meal, all you need to add is a can of chick peas. The sauce cooks up to a wonderful, thick curry and is perfect over the supplied Basmati. It's quite spicy, and has a hit of ginger, but we loved it!
I don't rule out store-bought meals if they contain natural ingredients and provide a great starting point to a home-cooked meal. We served this with peas, samosas, and naan. I would certainly keep this kit in the pantry for a quick and easy meal.
