Sunny Citrus Pound Cake

This is a beautiful cake with a fresh citrus taste and a perfect texture.  It's fabulous with coffee or as a dessert with fresh fruit...heck, I ate it for breakfast! 

Sunny Citrus Pound Cake

3 cups flour

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup unsalted butter

2-1/4 cups sugar

4 eggs

1/3 cup orange juice

grated orange rind

grated lemon rind

3/4 cup plain yogurt

Glaze:

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice

Citrus pound cake... I haven't tasted that kind of cake yet..

I've made this before and it's good. I'm not a breakfast person but I do like my coffee and cake or cookie or toast....... for breakfast! TFS
